I purchased this as a cheap way to enter the world of shaved ice. It works as advertised (makes soft shavings, not small chunks), but I would not consider this a product designed for a lot of use. When making shaved ice bowls for 4 people, the motor seems to heat up and you can smell a slight burning smell... So I allow time for the machine to rest periodically. Also, the 2 cones as seen in the picture were not included in the package. All in all, a nice little machine to make shaved ice for small groups of people.

Wanted a snow cone machine for the grandkids and myself. We love it. Lots of great sugar free syrups and two snow cones can be made in a few minutes. Only takes a 5 standard ice cubes too! Love it.

Basically use this for making slushies. The single serving option makes is so easy. A Solo cup fits perfectly under the shaver. Just add ice and turn on. Works great.

We were looking to replace our old ice shaver we had for years and this one fits the bill, although we don't think it will last more than 2 or 3 years (plastic seems thin & brittle). Easy to use, just take regular ice cubes straight from the freezer, drop them in the hopper, put cover lid on and in 10-15 seconds you have snow cones.

kids like it, i like it ,its fun to make snow cones together and enjoy them !

We haven't tried making more than 2 at a time but it a perfect way to make a quick, fun snack. No cleanup

I gave this to a 4th grader for Christmas. She loved it. Worked great. Lots of fun.

it won't shave the ice to consistency of wet snow, but finer than the crushed ice that my Samsung fridge can dispense, and looks great. Really doesn't make both snow cones simultaneously, but is quick. Perfect for entire family

This snow cone maker is easy to use and the clean up is non existent. It is truly a no hassle product! I purchased it for some extra fun with my grandchildren and they just loved the treat. Instead of flavored syrup, I used watermelon juice for a healthy alternative!

I bought the machine for an appreciation party I was throwing for my team who assisted on a fundraising event. All adults mind you, they loved it; brought out the child in all my guest. The only thing I didn't like about it is how loud it gets when the ice is being shaved. I was well worth the money!!!

My family loves this machine, I bought it intending to use for birthday parties but we haven't put this away yet! It's perfect on a hot day, and I love that it makes 2 at once! The kids can't argue over who goes first! I bought one for my sister too because I knew her family would also love it!

My boys love it! Delicious flavor syrups are easily available at Target and JoAnn's.

It is a plastic snow cone maker. Very hard to buy extra cups and that was disappointing. it comes with a few. I think small children will enjoy the whimsy of it. For the sale price it was good and might last the summer.

Shaves ice..can pick if ya want to shave for single or double cones/cups. Has 2 bottles you can load up with any flavor of syrup you want.

My kids have been looking for a ice maker for years. They always broke. But this one does not use a crank and it is powered. I do think the motor might be a little underpowered but for the money its a steal.
