Great look and function

Best Buy has horrible customer service.

We purchased this cooktop, which advertises that it came with the propane conversion kit. It was missing. When I contacted Best Buy, their solution was to return it, which was already installed. I called Jenn Air because the Best Buy rep was not helpful and had an attitude. Jenn Air promptly apologized and shipped at no charge. They said Best Buy was ridiculous even to suggest returning it. I still have to wait for it to arrive but at least my problem is solved.

Jenn air cooktop

We were given instructions on how to use it. All the debris from the old one and packaging from new and old were removed. Area was clean when he left.
