Great looking cooktop that perfectly fit our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a downdraft system.

We just remodeled our kitchen and had some requirements limiting our choice of stove tops but we are so happy with our choice. Lots of room, easy to clean and looks great

Very happy with purchase. Smallest burner output could be slightly lower to prevent burning on those very slow and long simmers.

Bought same brand to replace 20 year old version. This is excellent quality and top notch product.

Installer came early. Installation was done very well! No issues. We were given instructions on how to use it. All the debris from the old one and packaging from new and old were removed. Area was clean when he left.

This review is on Best Buy. We purchased this cooktop, which advertises that it came with the propane conversion kit. It was missing. When I contacted Best Buy, their solution was to return it, which was already installed. I called Jenn Air because the Best Buy rep was not helpful and had an attitude. Jenn Air promptly apologized and shipped at no charge. They said Best Buy was ridiculous even to suggest returning it. I still have to wait for it to arrive but at least my problem is solved.

Had a JenAir cooktop for 21 years and this one was a kitchen upgrade. Very satisfied with the product quality and functionality.

markings are too light - look worn. that’s all i have to say

I am pleased with JennAir. It says class. I like stainless steel and black fixtures. I do not like all stainless steel.
