    I finally hooked up my gas stove and made my first meal. I kept it simple. Breaded chicken in the oven and raviolis. The chicken cooked in 20 minutes and was perfect! Nothing exciting about boiling raviolis except it's great tp be able to control the flame. I'm so glad I switched to gas!

    I love how quickly and evenly the oven bakes. It took me a little while to get used to reducing the baking time and I've overbaked some items. Once you learn to adjust, the results are amazing!
