Hands down the best refrigerator we’ve ever had. It’s exceptionally quiet and maintains perfect temperature. It’s also very stylish and looks great in our kitchen. (We also love the size and shape of the ice)

First delivery had defects, 2nd delivery is working like a charm. I think JennAir needs to rethink their shelving, we had a spill and I had to practically break the door to get the shelf out because the red slushy my kids put in the fridge got into all the crevices on the edge of the glass shelf and down behind the shelf which is next to impossible to get to. In other words…don’t spill anything inside the fridge and you’ll be fine. We bought this to match the appliances in our kitchen package and the obsidian interior is super cool.

I needed a new fridge because my kitchen aid broke down. I chose this one for the fact that it was counter depth and is built like a tank. The 2 major drawbacks is the cubic sq foot size of only 24, which was about 3 cubic feet less than my old fridge. Now this can actually be good in that we buy just enough food and end of using what we buy. The second drawback is the price. At 5300 it is the most expensive fridge that I have ever bought. Hopefully this will be the last fridge I ever buy. The features are standard to what you would get with a less expensive fridge. Overall we are quite happy with our purchase.

Love the look of this refrigerator. Have only had a couple weeks. Was looking for one to replace my JennAir side by side (after 13 years the ice maker stopped working). Could have replaced the control panel for $800 but decided to invest in new one. Unfortunately they do not make the side by side in a free standing model any longer, *they do only in the column or built in models. Would have had to redo my upper cabinet if I bought that one. But this one is beautiful just not as large capacity.

Love the quailty of the stainless steel and the doors and everything feel well made. The quality is so much better then our Bosch french door refrigerator. Also love the dark colored interior.

Product is very good, I had it delivered an paid for installation, however after the delivery person left I found there's no water filter installed, I just called Bestbuy support and they had confirmed that I had to purchase water filter separately.

Hard to fit taller items in this like wine bottles.

This refrigerator has a great look and it is designed very well. It has enough space to fit all the needs. Great product.

This is the second Jennair Fridge in two years. I had my samsung for 10+ and hadrly ever needed anything.

Very good refrigerator so far. Lights look great inside and looks very modern. This matches all of our appliances with the ones we got with our home builder. This being a whirlpool company I would expect this to last a long time.

Defect appliances delivered and repair specialist never showed up to the property to service appliance after weeks of wait. Not recommending this brand to anyone

The two opened doors are not even. the one is up and the other is down. The surface of the doors are not even when shut.

Quiet as a tomb. We’ll built classy The fridge shelving is solid. The bins thin clear demand care but self close is nice. The freezer is deceiving it’s bigger u get 2 pizzas in the door. Fridge Gaskets heavy duty and seal tight freezer is cold. 3 months I’m happy with purchase

This JennAir refrigerator is a great use of space and nice looking on the inside and out, but it SO INCREDIBLY LOUD that you cannot stand to be in the surrounding area because of the "MISERABLE ATROCIOUS BUZZING SOUND" it makes (quoted from my son who used to be able to do homework in the dining room, but because of the awful sound it makes, he can no longer stand to do it there). I do not recommend this fridge because of the horrible loud buzzing noise it makes - and many others who have heard it agree. We tried to get used to it for two weeks, called and asked for something to be done, and they said the new models are made with the new compressors and this JennAir fridge just runs very loud and there is nothing they can do.

Every detail from functionality to lighting and materials used is excellent. Very happy with this purchase.
