A MUST HAVE FOR PILATES LOVERS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jennifer Kries is the BEST Pilates instructor! For years, I have had these workouts on VHS. Now I have the very same workouts on DVD. I think purchasing the same exact product twice (in both formats) says a lot. Even if you have never tried Pilates or any of the basic principles, I strongly urge you to try this set of DVDs. Jennifer Kries takes her vast knowledge and breaks it down for all levels of Pilates students. I love the results and would not be without this set. I even travel with them. Thanks Jennifer and Best Buy!
