had a phone cord at work which had become hopelessly tangled and had begun causing static on the line. Decided to swing by BB to see what they would have. Found this replacement cord, 25 foot length, at a reasonable price. The phone is static free now, didn't have to replace it. I appreciate that Best Buy keeps some basic repair parts on hand such as this, for those of us who don't just want to replace a perfectly good item.

I use a regular phone now and again for my business, as cordless phones cause a burn in my inner ear. This may seem odd to most, but it is not hard to get cancer these days, especially when you are on the phone for hours, as I am. This cord has great clarity. In addition it is long and allows me to get to files and shelving and sometimes pacing around my office. No fading and no crackling.

Very simply, I needed a new cord for my 20 year old land line phone. I will tell you that it was tough to find it, but I'm glad Best Buy stills stocks what might be considered an older product. Of course, they have all the newer and higher tech phones, etc. The cord was clean, shiny and it works. I'm happy.

The cord was of good quality and works perfectly with my new land line phone. My new phone is lightweight and the cord allows me to use the phone away from the desk without pulling the phone from the desk.
