I was so glad to be able to find this battery for my phone. The phone is old but I just don't want to transfer all the new phone numbers into a new phone.

I bought this to replace house phone battery but is wrong one for my phone.

the sales clerk was very helpful in finding the correct battery for our unit.

Battery connector did not fit phone bought at Best Buy. Why carry a product that will not fit another product? Since it is a battery, I can't return nor use in anything else. Makes me wonder if the Best Buy stocks bad phones or bad batteries. Not happy. Really a "0" star experience. Sucks!

Great price but a design flaw makes using the product very difficult. The wiring is positioned on the side of the battery, not the top. If you have a tight space this battery may be an issue.

Much better than buying online somewhere then having to return because it's not the right one.

If it wasn't for a "fit" issue I'd give this a 5 star rating. I've not seen any other comments about this so maybe it's just my model phone. I bought 2 of these for an ATT 3301 cordless phone that has your typical sliding battery cover. The problem lies with the fact that the battery wires come out of the side which makes the battery dimension too wide to fit properly within the battery compartment. I had to get a knife to cut back the plastic around the wires in order to push them in snug under the bottom of the battery so I could slide the cover along the grooves of the receiving side. One other question I had before I bought these was the fact that my original battery was rated at 600 mAh and these are 1000 mAh. Based on what I eventually found on the internet it sounded like that just meant the battery life would be longer and it wouldn't harm the phone. I hope that is correct.

I bought this batter, not for the phone but to use in a different application. It works well and have had no problems. Just a note, when you first get the battery it is not fully charged and requires a few hours of charging to kick start the battery and make it usable.

I have purchased 3 of these batteries to replace in my Motorola 5.8GHZ handsets. Used these to replace the old Ni-Cad battery type. Never had a problem with these batteries, long lasting, takes and holds a good charge. HIGHLY recommended. Just make sure that you check the compatibility list before you buy.
