Our cordless phone was going out in the middle of calls. My wife thought we would need to buy a new phone. I told her we only needed a new battery. I had noticed Best Buy carried batteries for cordless phones when I was there to buy a new laptop. I replaced the old battery with the new and now we can talk all we want.

It is always nice to know when I need batteries for any of my phones, cameras, etc. that I can always get them at Best Buy as they always have them in stock. The Sales associates are very helpful in answering any question I may have.

It does its job...its a battery, and that particular replacement battery was hard to find...unless you go to battery source! Prices there are a little more expensive than best buy!

its what i went to best buy to buy found it right a way sales person came over to help me anyway and asked if i needed help with anything else .

Battery didn't fit on my phone. Opened package so couldn't return.
