I wanted to tape some of my old favorites from vinyl records. This recorder/player was just what I needed Easy to operate and the sound is superb. Great choice!!!

I got it to convert some of my Spotify songs into cassettes. It does the job considering the fact that I also got lower quality tapes. The issue is that because of the fact that it has an auto-stop feature, it will randomly stop while recording and playing so I have to hold down the button to get a clear recording. It might be because I got cheap tapes or because I have a defective one. But I’m not using it to actually play the cassettes so it’s fine for now.

This unit works well for recording and editing rehearsal material, especially for those who have not embraced the digital age completely.

Nothing fancy, but a good quality cassette player, to replace the last one (Sony) that I thought would last forever. I'm just glad products like this are still available, with so much of the world moved to 'digital'

Needed a cassette player/recorder for some old tapes. Works fine.

The recorder is very nice. It would be better if it yielded more volume.

This is a very convenient little player when you want to just kick back and play some cassettes not fire up your entire stereo system. Sound is very clear and is lightweight if you want to carry it from room to room.

Bought this to record readings for senior friends in a care facilities. So far, has worked pretty well. Will know more over time.

I was very happy to discover that this Jansen Cassette Player/Recorder was very simple to operate. It also has a very good sound quality for both pre-recorded as well as my recordings that I made.

Very simple unit to use. Records well, lite to carry and it even came with a power block!

The MCR-100 Jensen cassette recorder disappointed me a bit. It works ok but I had hoped the sound quality would be a little better, I'm not using it for music, only voice. I have nothing to compare it to so maybe this is as good as it gets unless you are spending a great deal more on a machine.

This is a nice little cassette p[layer if you want to pop in a tape and enjoy.

Tested in the apartment. Sound quality better with separate microphone attached. Still need to test if it will record noisy upstairs neighbors. That is main reason I purchased.

A gift that is enjoyed often. Plays fine, easy to use. Recommended.
