Perfect for your cordless telephone- if you still have one, that is. Not too many of these left in brick-and-mortar stores. I bought two of the four remaining at the store near me. Fit perfectly and charged my phone up immediately. Best Buy, like most stores, is slowly doing away with their landline and cordless phones, so get the replacement batteries now while you can!

only one in stock and hard to find it. Was not in the battery display. There were 3 different places where batteries were displayed. would be better to have just one place.

Not a bad product at all. They are just very pricey, as they are at any store. Not a "Best Buy" issue. The batteries work great and last long. Which they should.

Purchased this item about 6 weeks ago and seems to be functioning as expected. Time will tell how long it lasts. Take your old battery with you when replacing. These are universal batteries, just having a number doesn't necessarily give you a match. Compare the size and connector with the old one.

I bought this battery to replace the old one in an ATT phone. I thought about just buying a new phone system, but the battery fit perfectly, charged up great, and saved me a lot of money in the process.

This battery has worked flawlessly since installation several weeks ago. It promptly took the charge and has maintained the charge ever since. It was easy to install. I was careful to select the correct replacement battery and this is it.

Bought 2 to replace worn out batteries in 2 hand sets. Both charged properly and the hand sets are fully functional again. The display had several Jensen replacement batteries. The matching replacements were listed on the back of the packaging, and it was easy to find the correct replacement. These batteries connect to the phone with a small plug. The packaging is made so the plug sticks out of the package. This allows you to test the connection without tearing open the packaging - handy in case you pick the wrong one.

My in-laws portable phone for their land line wasn't working. I went to Best Buy with the phone and purchased a battery that the clerk said would work. The battery was just what it needed and the phone now works.

old coirdless phone batteries are hard to find, but this one came close. a razor was used to fir the plugin, but the battery itself worked the phone immediately without any charging

So far these batteries are great! Only wish they came in a 3 pack. Easy install. Just plug in. If you take the phone to the store, you can try the connection before purchasing

This battery is a perfect replacement for what I had, but I thought it was overpriced. However, needing an immediate solution, I purchased it. Hopefully it will last a long time.

So far, after about a month of use, the battery seems to hold a charge for a very acceptable length of time under continuous use.

Needed this battery for an older set of 2 cordless phones. Easy to install, just connect the leads from the battery to the receptacle in the battery compartment.

So happy with this purchase. Now all my phones are charging and working well.

Our cordless phone wasn't working properly and it notified us that the battery was low, purchased this one and phone is working great now.
