    Sound quality is very clear, which I love most of all. Clock is hard to set, and I find it difficult to get to all its features: CD, radio, FM/ AM, Cassette, etc... The buttons are all too complicated.

    This has great sound, but it is flimsy, as the price indicates. If I were doing it over, I would spend more money and get a sturdier device; plus, I am elderly and the remote buttons are small and hard for me to operate. The remote doesn't do everything. It is necessary to go to the stereo to make some changes. Finally, the cd player isn't working, although thanks to the holidays, I have not had time to contact the company. Based on past conversations, I am confident they will take care of whatever problem I have.

    The only thing that can make it better is if it had more volume. It won't go loud enough to hear if you are not in the same room which means you have to unplug it to move it and then when you plug it back in you have to go through the process of resetting what you were listening to be it radio, cd or cassette.

    Cd and tape player are fine but the radio’s ability to get stations is terrible. Set up next to two other radio receivers which worked fine, this one catches One station

    item looked good but you cannot record voice recordings on it. The instructions are terrible and could only record from the radio, a cell phone or the cd player. In the advertising for the product, it failed to mention that. I would not recommend it for anyone who is trying to record live recordings. In addition, it takes way to long to get your money back when you return it.
