It is complicated, hard to see the tiny print or icons and the battery compartment doesn’t accept batteries with any ease. I gave up. I had not opened it until a ew weeks after receipt. Decided to return and ironically the return period had ended that day so I am stuck with it.

I finally returned this item and bought a CD player with external speakers. I am much happier with the sound quality.
