I got this to fix my mom's phone which had quit holding a charge. It was a great alternative to having to reprogram all her numbers and her having to learn how to use a new system. Put it in the old phone and charged for 24 hours before using. Easy peasy.

I have three cordless phones by Uniden. I went to a couple of places to find the correct batteries for them, but I couldn't find them. So then I went to Best Buy and found a match for my phones. So I bought them there at Best Buy and they were only $14.99 on sale. And I thought that was a bargain because these batteries last a long time. So now I know where to go get my batteries for my phones. I was glad to find them being that I got these phones as gifts but the batteries were dead. Thanks to Best Buy I won't have to look all over for batteries for the phones anymore.

This was rated from my phone but had to really force it to close. But I was able to close the back with a slight bulge. So worth replacing the battery instead of the whole phone.

When my main landline unit failed, I checked and found the battery was probably dead. A helpful store employee helped me find the closest fit. I took it home and it worked just fine. So relieved I didn't have to buy a whole new system.

So far, it works well in the phone with no issues. The only knock on it is that it is hard to fit the wires in. You have to use some force to close the back cover of the phone.

Have had no problem with phone since installing new battery. Price was good also.

I was glad Best Buy was able to order these batteries for me, as I have two hearing-assist phones that use them. I have used one for a couple of weeks and it works fine.

I had a difficult time getting someone to help me find the correct battery. I finally found 3 employees who "were just chatting" and asked them. One said, "If it is the correct size and shape, it will work.". I know that the shape and size are important, but the plug for the battery is just as important. One of the 3 men said-- I'll help you find the correct one. It was like pulling teeth to get help! Someone needs to coach these employees that they are there to help customers, not chat. I asked another employee and he said he was with a customer and he would come back. I waited and waited.....I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and NO ONE asked if they could help me find something. MANAGEMENT....YOU NEED TO FIX THIS! I WAS IN THE LEE'S SUMMIT, MO STORE. the product is great, but service is terrible.....I love Best Buy products and have purchased 2 TVs there in the past 5 years!!! The service has gone down hill in the past 2 years.

This is a good replacement battery for most Uniden phones but the cable that clips the battery to the phone is too long, which makes stuffing it into the battery compartment spec a bit challenging. And for the price, you may want to consider just buying a new phone. But, the battery is holding its charge well.

The only problem is that is a bit big for my phone.
