    It came with part of the arm not attached. Took it to our local Best Buy and they fixed it quickly with no questions. Great service!

    Visually appealing but that’s where it ends. Brand new record skipped while playing so that’s the most important thing. Incidentally, the speakers are only 2 W each. Your phone sounds better than this record player. Spend $150 on a component/Bluetooth piece and add it to an existing stereo system or a good powered speaker that’s Bluetooth.

    Gift for Fathers Day to Dad in senior home, he didn't want it, but due to covid policy couldn't pick it up. It is too late to return it with the very brief return window.

    Purchased the stereo for my 80 y/o Mother who lives alone in Los Angeles, CA (I live in Texas). She was so excited to receive it. However, her excitement turned to sadness when the turntable failed to play her old albums at the appropriate speed.
