    I was anxiously awaiting this lighted makeup mirror. It worked just fine for the first 3 times I got to use it, not so much the 4th time. I called Best Buy customer service and was given the # of the company to call. I left my name and number but have not heard back. This was an unpleasant surprise that I wasn't dealing with Best Buy. I would not have bought it or anything else where I would be dealing with another company.

    Everything is as it stated. Great for applying makeup. I only use one of the light settings so far. The 5x mirror is good but for me I could have used a 10x mirror.
