Great movie...great music...great actors...what more could you ask for. I knew Eastwood began his life as a musician, but I didn't think he would do such a great job with a pseudo-musical. Great job Mr. Eastwood! I've never seen the musical, but I gotta tell you, if you love 60's, 70's & 80's Frankie Valli songs, your eyes too will adore this movie... and your ears... and your heart... and the entire rest of your body.

If you liked the 4 Seasons, you will really like to know how the group got together, what their lives were like, and some of the problems that they faced even though they were very successful. Very entertaining.

Fast delivery from Best Buy for the Jersey Boys DVD. What a fabulous movie! It truly is a must see. The music in this movie is fabulous & will bring you back in time to the wonderful years of classic cars & the good old times. Best Buy offered it at a great low price & delivered it super speedy!

Ok when this movie came out I blew it off. The only reason I purchased it was my wife purchased ticket to the live show and I wanted her to have a keepsake. We watched it together and wow I was really impressed by the acting, directing and of course the story itself. Well worth it, especially if you are into music. Great insight to the business.

I discovered things about the 4 Seasons that I never knew, and if I did I forgot them. A movie for young and old a like, a movie that the whole family can and should watch. First movie with music in 48 years that my wife didn't sing a word to a song , and believe me she knows every word to EVERY song the 4 Seasons ever released... ~ EXCELLENT MOVIE ~

After watching it the first time, I watched it again and again. I was hooked on the actors and especially the music. The whole cast were perfect. And most of all the music was wonderful. I didn't realize Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons has so many songs.This is a feel good movie for everyone. This is now one of my favorites.

This film was done in such a way to inspire people....based on a true story of Frankie Valli and the four seasons, it was best told from the perspective of each and every band member. Very uniquely done. hats off to the directer Mr. Clint Eastwood. He really knows how to tell a story the best way possible. the mans a genious!!

First saw the musical in Vegas and was very impressed! Saw the movie and was even more impressed with the real-life look at the Four Seasons and Frankie Valli and the background specials give even more info. Christopher Walken is fantastic (as always) and, of course, the MUSIC of these fab four from Jersey! Don't miss this!!

This was the very first musical I ever saw in the theater. So I’ve been wanting the movie version for a while. My only complaint is that it says it includes a digital copy, and I didn’t get one.

I missed the stage production of Jersey Boys and wanted to see the movie but missed it in the theaters so I bought the DVD when it came out. Best Buy had a good special on the price. I also purchased the Burl Ives Christmas CD because I really enjoy listening to his voice, especially when he sings Christmas Carols.

I have seen the live stage play twice and saw the movie when it was in the theater. Typically movies are not as good (Mama Mia for example) as live performances, but the Jersey Boys movie is as good and adds details that are not in the play. If you are a Four Seasons fan, you will really enjoy this movie.

I grew up in the area of the Four Seasons but did not know the story or why they broke up or how they got started. Clint Eastwood direction was kind of a surprise, I thought he did a real good job. And the music of the Group are classics. Well worth the money. I have watched it several times.

Being a fan of 60's music, I had hoped to see this movie while it was in the theaters but didn't make it. I picked it up when it came out on Blu-Ray. It was quite interesting to find out about all of the drama that went on behind the success of this group. For me, this was a very interesting movie.

When my daughter seen the movie she fell in love with it and it is also a favorite of my mother's as well so I bought one for both of them as well as tickets to the show in Vegas - my daughter loved it so much she even knew the words to the songs - impressive for a 14 yr old!

"Jersey Boys" (2014 release; 134 min.) is the big screen adaptation of the Broadway show "Jersey Boys", itself loosely based on the life and times of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. As the movie opens, we are in 1951 in Belleville, NJ, where Frankie, then 16, is working in a barber shop.

Enjoyed the film very much. Music I grew up with and I saw the show. I particularly liked the ending where they sang under a street light and then the whole cast was introduced like on a Broadway play to take a bow! Cast was quite good and I am glad I have this film in my collection.

I learned to love Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons from this movie. I didn't grow up on them, but the movie and soundtrack are fabulous- I listen to it often and have watched the video many times as well.

I saw the play 3 times and it was great. This movie gets "good" because of the music. The actors did a good job but the tone of the picture (more Wiseguys than Jersey Boys) kept them from being as great as they were on stage. Clint Eastwood was not the right choice as director. He should stay with action movies.

The story of Frankie Valle is interesting. The music is great. The movie suffers from the typical translation of a Broadway show to film - some scenes translate nicely - some don't. The story overall is worth watching. The performers are all excellent singers - so that part of the movie really shines.

I saw the Broadway Play of Jersey Boys and Loved it . Usual the movie isn't as good as the play however this movie was as GREAT as the play. If you love music and /or love the 4 seasons this is a MUST see movie.
