Excellent adaptation of book. Jesse Stone is a deep, low-key character.

Good movie for rainny night.looking for more movies.

Tom Selleck makes these movies tick! He has some issues to work through-but still makes a good sheriff in the town called Paradise. . We've enjoyed many of his westerns as well, but the proof in how good they are is in how many times we've watched them. each of the eight Jesse Stone movies have all past our 3 time watch meter test. Some say the movies are slow, but that creates the mistique of Jesse Stone! Many of the same characters continue through the series and my favorite is his dog Reggie (played by Joe-does a great job being a dog)! Looking forward to getting the 9th movie released this year as the saga continues! Rah! Try to watch them in order to allow the characters to grow-you can find the series order on line. Best Buy also had a great price! Rah 2! Check it out-they are fun.

Another interesting Jesse Stone story. Too small roles for Rose and Suitcase, though Suitcase does re-appear at the end.
