Everybody has something nice to say about it. I love it

I bought this bike for my son for Christmas and it was working fine. He barely rides it because he is a kid that barely comes outside. Well a couples of days ago when he decided to go outside and ride it the bike would not come on at all. Is there any place I can take it to get it serviced?

Nice bike for the price. It obviously won't do what s much more expensive unit will do, but it gives a nice range with good power for doing things around town or going to close appointments. Easy to assemble and easy to operate.

Doesn’t go super fast, and battery dies so don’t go on long rides. It’s cool to pedal, right, but the bike is heavy, so if going on longer rides, don’t get exhausted during the end, hold your energy to get back.

So the tire traction absolutely sucks. Ive fell off several times from my bike losing traction even while going no more the 3-7mph. They get poor traction and even worse when the ground is wet. It also has poor traction on any terrain other than sidewalks or smooth road. Also the brakes are very loud and squeaks even if braking lightly. And causes the bike to make an immediate stop instead of reducing speed gradually so you don’t lose control or unintentionally flip over. Lastly the battery life is subpar. I ride my ebike in a total of 1day is about 20-45min depending on the day and a total distance of 3.5miles at most and my battery will be completely drained and preforming at the lowest amount of efficiency. It definitely is still better and faster than walking but could really use some upgrades.

Very good, nice , reliable.I love this thing and I get so many compliments. It goes very fast. I even got extra long streamers for the handlebars a basket for the front and the back. It is so fun. And I am 59 years old and everyone I passed loves it. I would definitely get this bike. It is just way too much fun. Definitely worth the money.

Bought 3 as Christmas gifts for 11 yr. Old, and two 8 yr. olds. Easy to assemble, easy to teach how to use. They were ecstatic. Parents like that they still have to peddle, are easy to fold for transport and are easy to recharge. One of the bikes arrived with a bent handle but mechanically inclined parent was able to remedy.

I'm almost 67 years old and I feel safe and enjoy riding it. . . THE GOOD: Very easy to ride,.. I use to go to the store ( less than a mile away ) and ride around the neighborhood. Sometimes go to a nearby lake and ride around the perimeter. LOTS OF FUN !!! . . THE BAD: The battery.... It goes down real quick . I tested/rode the bike until the battery ran out. Mostly flat, only one little hilI in which I help pedaling to make it easy on the motor. Didn't get the 15 miles they claim and advertise. ( even with the pedal assistance which helps recharge the battery ) Also, takes too long to recharge ( takes hours, even when at 50% ). After all, GOOD NICE BIKE !!

I ride this bike to the train station for work and it gets me to and from there with only using about 1 bar of battery, I travel about 4 miles everyday. Although, when its cold the battery doesnt last as long. But the bike is great and i really like it. It doesn’t have shocks so it can be a bit uncomfortable. Also the seat is not the most comfortable, but it is okay. Would recommend this to anyone with a short commute.

Absolutely impressed with this little bike. If you need to zip around town to grab something quick then here’s the perfect bike for that. I weigh 220lb I’m 5’10 and it pulls me at a good pace. Range is 10mi for me with throttle only and about 18 with pedal assist.

Safe your money guys. I got this is June and since it started getting cold the bicycle simple turns off or midway only has 1 line when it was 100% 15 minutes in. At 3 months i had to fix the breaks. It doesn't work in the cold which sucks because it's my form of transportation! Safe your money

Easy to use, store, and fairly comfortable for the size. Only real complaint is I just wish it had some springs or shock absorbers of some kind because you feel every little bump and crack in the pavement.

The bike itself is very good bike. I bought two of them and one had a problem after couple of months. The throttle stopped working when the handle is turned to the left and the flash light start blinking. Bestbuy couldn’t do much and jetson takes a long long time to reply backz

This is soo fun to ride! Adults and kids can enjoy this! My 10 year old son enjoys riding this with his friends in the neighborhood. It was easy pick up and set up! Would def recommend this to family and friends!

bought this for my son's birthday and he loves it. Easy to assemble,...he didn't even ask me for help. The charge last and the speed it good.

They were very easy to out together and light weight! Runs great and smooth ride. If looking for size, my seven yr old was able to ride (53 inches tall) and the adults had a ball riding! Bonus having the lights too!
