In addition to its excellent quality and abundant features, the Jetson Bolt Pro also has excellent customer service. The Jetson support team is always ready to help and answer your questions. I once had a problem with my Bolt Pro and contacted support via email. They responded to me within a few hours and helped me to resolve the issue. I also contacted support via live chat and had a similar experience. They were quick and helpful and helped me to answer my questions quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Jetson's customer service. They are always there to help and will help you get the most out of your Bolt Pro.

This is a bike can not beat the price. Very easy to use and set up. Tighten a couple nuts and good to go. Good experience with the staff as well

Best purchase! Bought for my son who doesn’t have a car. Turned an hours walk into a 15 minute ride. It works great. The only downside is the tires need air every other day.

I love this electrical bike we went hiking for three hours and it lifted my son and his little cousin up from the hills and we totally enjoyed it

My friend bought this earlier than me, and she doesn't charge it as often as I do, I charge it almost once a day, I just bought it, I don't know if this is normal, but I feel that its battery is draining very quickly, I don't drive it very far.

For The Price, it's a good starter bike. I wish it could go a little further out faster or felt a little safer to ride. The handlebars are ridiculously narrow and the tires are too small for any real off reading. It's perfect for traveling around town but make sure you charge it every time you stop. Literally.

We bought two of these and they are great. They get our boys back and forth to school just like we had hoped they would. They hold a charge great also.
