Not so great throttle broke after about 2 months of use and the return on it was only 30 days I paid for a warranty but when I contacted Best Buy they said I never paid for a warranty even when I had a receipt to prove it not a great experience with jetson also seat is horribly uncomfortable other then those two things it was a good little bike

Overall a good bike. Only issue so far is the tire went flat just a couple days over a month from purchase and now will not hold air. Also we can't use the service package it comes with because we live in NY and they don't service here.

I purchased this ebike in December 2023 for my son and it was inoperable by April of 2024. He was really only able to use it for 3 months before a known defect became an issue. I contacted Jetson immediately and they were so difficult. Orginally they told me they'd send a new bike as soon as they restocked, that was a lie. For 6 months i was back and forth with them. Never got a replacement and rhey wanted to give me a "possible" gift card for a fraction of what i paid and after I sent back the bike. After some research i found that many people who had the exact issue never got that gidt card. This company is terrible and the customer setbixe was trash for a bike I spent over $400 for. Avoid Jetson at all cost. I wish Best Buy would've been ablet to help with this isue, but I guess it was in the manufacturers hands.

All my son wanted for Christmas was this electric bike. So since this was all he wanted, we purchased it for him. He rode it for 2 months and its been sitting in the corner every since. For some reason the bike will not charge even with a brand new charger. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!! 400 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN!!! VERY UNHAPPY SON!!

Satisfied with just a few minor exceptions! Because it has such a small frame, you will almost always unintentionally pop a wheelie when starting off. Needs fatter tires!
