Charges quickly and stays charged for quite awhile. I'm not a small person but it feels stable when I'm riding it. Feels safe.

Has plenty of power. Super easy to charge was very easy to put together really have no complaints. Long battery life very comfortable ride.

I did change the seat to a bigger one with a back. This has allowed me to go to all of my son's JROTC Raiders meets. I have had people ask me about this scooter at every one.

Cute and easy to use

Says fully charged, all lights are on but does not go when turning the throttle. They did not offer any solution just that I could buy another or take it to a service place by me. Would not even consider another product from them.

Posted .Oh no! We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the Ryder Electric Scooter. The Ryder has a product weight of 48 lb and a weight limit of 265 lb. If you're looking for a product that doesn't take up much space, we'd recommend one of our foldable products like the Racer Electric Scooter or the Eris Electric Scooter. However, neither of these scooters offer a a height-adjustable seat like the Ryder does. Hope this helps!
Bad SERVICE

Didn't work when arrived

I contacted the company directly and they said I would get a replacement after they received the scooter. It was delivered to the company over 12 days ago and I had to contact the company again because I havent gotten confirmation that they sent a replacement. I only got an email reply stating to be patient. I'll update if and when I ever receive a replacement.
