    The board keep jerking and going in a spinning motion. Returned it. It was the second hover board i bought. No thanks

      1. Make sure the board is off and on a flat surface
      2. Hold the power button in until you hear ""recalibration successful""
      3. Once you hear ""recalibration successful,"" power the unit off for about 5-10 seconds

    This company (Jetson) still has not returned my money or issued a replacement for a defective hoverboard. It's been over two months! Just a bunch of email ressponses stating that it's being actively processed.. Really two months for a replacement or a refund??? Come on Jetson!

    battery defective/ rubber on wheels staining

    i've tried the swagtron T1, T3, and the jetson. Honestly, the Jetson is a cheap product with an expensive price-tag. The battery stopped functioning after a couple of rides, the lights don't shut off properly, and the wheels rubber has melted away and stained my floors. the rubber started staining my carpet and floors even before it was taken outside for a ride. don't waste your money, or your time!

    Be very wary about buying a Jetson Hoverboard. Battery went dead in 2 years and I can't find a replacement battery anywhere. JUNK Also very poor quality and access to replacement parts. I gotta JUNK the whole thing now.
