This is by far the least gory movie in the series. Love or hate the story, this was a lot better than spiral. I think they could have continued down this story.

When I originally saw the trailer for this movie I wanted to see it. I have all the previous movies in the series so years later, I decided to purchase this. If you liked the previous movies, there's a good chance you will like this too. It contains enough clues that you can figure how it's going to end, if you pay close enough attention. The disc also contains commentary track and several documentaries which are entertaining and insightful

    Reference quality horror 4K

I was blown away by the 4K transfer. You wouldn't expect a dark horror movie like Saw to be that good in 4K but it definitely was. In the dark scenes the black levels are great and there is a lot of shadow detail. In the brighter scenes the HDR shines. The 4K also brings a huge increase in detail; you can see every mark and scratch on the traps and every drop of blood. Very crisp clear picture quality. The movie itself is just ok. It's definitely not the best Saw movie--far from it--but it's not the worst either. I just expected more from it. As a sequel it didn't really bring anything new to the table or further the Saw mythology. Definitely worth a watch if your a fan of the other movies.

Jigsaw is a fun return to the Saw franchise. There's tons of blood and guts along with big twists and turns (although they might not make a whole lot of sense or bring anything new to the table). Still, it's fun to see the blood flow and Tobin Bell back as the villain here. The Dolby Vision HDR presentation and Dolby Atmos track are excellent, while the bonus features cover a ton of ground. All that being said, this 4K UHD release comes Recommended!

Jigsaw is back in a very good way. As a fan of this franchise these movies never get old, the traps get more intriguing and the guessing game still makes me wonder who did what to get here. I loved that John Kramer loomed over this movie as it made you wonder if the madman was still alive by some miracle and what his intentions this time around. Tobin Bell is so good in this part, his eerie voice and his overall look I just never get tired of seeing him.

These "Pop Art" steelbooks are very hit or miss, with the majority unfortunately being misses, and this is no different. The image is cluttered & poorly drawn. As a fan of the first 7 movies, I didn't think they could really keep it going, but I'll admit I was wrong. The traps were still creative, the tension palpable, and the biggest glaring plothole was promptly filled with the big twist at the end. I very much enjoyed what they did with this one. I'm glad I got it.

The first "Saw" movie in the franchise will always be the best, but this one is close to the top of the list tor sure! They did a good job with the story, so if you like the franchise, this is a must!

If you are a fan of the Sawn franchise, then this is a must-own! While I think most of us were hoping this would lead to a spin-off series that is still in the timeline (Jigsaw 2, Jigsaw 3, etc.), it seems to have not gone that way. Still, this works as a great epilogue to a fantastic Saw novel, and the steelbook makes it a must own!

Look, if you are a fan of the rest of the Saw movies you'll like Jigsaw. Those put off by the earlier films gore and frenetic style may want to check this one out as well, as the new directors have dialed both back a bit.

The Saw series might have gone a bit too long and might be getting preposterous, plot-wise but it's still entertaining. Blu Ray quality-wise, this is very good. Overall the movie has it's issues, but as said before is entertaining especially if you like the series.

You'd think after 7+ films they'd retire the franchise but this was, surprisingly, a solid reboot of the series. I grow a bit tired of all the "this was really happening during the X movie but we're just now telling you about it" but they make it work and I'm sure we'll have several more movies coming out.

The "SAW" series started as a decent horror concept but fizzled out after the third of the series. It continued another few movies and has finally come to a close here. You'll find the same thought patterns going into the making of the death traps as you've seen before, but there is a twist at the end.

Bodies are turning up around the city, each having met a uniquely gruesome demise. As the investigation proceeds, evidence points to one man: John Kramer. But how can this be? The man known as Jigsaw has been dead for over a decade.

I love all of the films and this one is no exception, however I do think they need to end. The movie follows the normal lines of the other movies with plenty of twists and turns, but pretty much tell the same story.
