Easy to use. Didn't need bells and whistles. Holds a charge for a long time.

I got this phone for my husband ,as it is easy to use and all he wants is to make and receive calls. Where he had trouble with his other phone, this is very easy. He really likes it. I had some questions and it did take some time (put on hold &"next in line") but once connected they were very courteous and helpful.

The phone was purchased for my elderly parent. It is easy to use with the added urgent response button and health and safety services for those unexpected events. Lower monthly cost is also a plus.

Big keys, easy to use. Be aware that Great Call nickles and dimes you. There are a lot of extras that you have to pay extra for like voice mail.
