The likes outweigh the no likes, that forces me to grade it better than average. Like IP54 limited dust protection/splash resistant, wish it was ip67. Comfortable, I forget I am wearing them. Other neck wrap styles headsets fail to meet the comfort of these. Innovative ideas with many things. The rubber neck piece is removable if you prefer the wire rather than the wrap. The adjustment of the wire length is unusual also, in a good way. More than 11 hours advertised battery life with ANC turned off. Stays connected continuously with little to no battery usage if nothing is playing. Mic is extremely clear. No like: The waffle looking earpiece is extremely uncomfortable. Bluetooth range is poor, walking more than 6 feet away from my phone could cause a disconnect. Other times it reached up to 20 feet. Active Noise Canceling is a joke, seriously I heard as much with it on as I did with it off. The only thing it accomplishes is using the battery quicker. Controls are wonky, I kept redialing last call when pausing. Pausing when trying to use Google assistant. I never was able to dial last number intentionally. Conclusion: If you are looking for a headset to workout with. No just no. Look elsewhere, it is splash resistant and won’t last many sweaty workouts. If you are looking for noise cancellation. No, just no. It is a complete joke that it is advertised. If you are looking for a very solid headset for work, sitting around, travel, etc. Pick up a set. They are nowhere near as good as higher priced competition, but they are the best JLab I have tried so far. For the money saved, you will be pleased. They are far from perfect, but they are quite good.

Poor BT connection can’t get through a full song without losing connection tried multiple different devices same issue. Tried to return to Best Buy but due to the current pandemic the store will not accept returns at this time “but will sell you new products” and was told to call back once this pandemic is over and try to return then...

The earbuds will not stay in my ears. If I have one earbud in the other earbud slides down.

These sound pretty good. Battery time lasts my full 9hr shift at work. My only issue so far is it likes to disconnect from my iPhone and not reconnect unless I turn off both my phone AND headphones and reboot both. Then it reconnects. Not sure why it does that, but it’s happened 3 times in a week. Otherwise, it’s pretty nice. No ear pain, and the noise cancelling works great.

These headphones are horrible. Unless there are zero obstructions, these headphones cut out a lot. This includes pants pockets. If you move, they don't work. If you put your phone in your pocket, they don't work. I can't even begin to imagine wearing these out on a run. For as much as these headphones cost, I honestly expected a lot better.
