The sound quality is good but I find they pop out of my ears too easily. Could be me as it is the first time I am using this type of wireless headphones, but overall I am happy with the purchase.

I bought these to listen to books on tape while I sleep. They were fine to sleep in comfort wise; however, something about the frequency(?) disturbed my sleep. I had return to my wired ones.

Going by online reviews, I got this one for my kid. It's difficult to get the buds out in the space the cap provides and the cap gets closed often. And the sound is a bit low quality (considering the price, it's kinda ok).

Sound is ok, but not great. Outside gets in for sure whether so called ANC is on or off. Of course “off” is for listening to outside but “on” can still hear outside …. ANC IS A *little* more isolated. Biggest problem is that they just keep falling out. Absolutely no security as I am listening and always wondering when they will fall out AGAIN. Returned and got (at long last) over the ear SONYs.

Can't seem to navigate the volume increase/decrease buttons, and getting them out of the charger has been an issue - using tweezers to pull the first one out then I have room to pull out the left one.

Hard to remove from the charging case. If you have long slim fingernails, then not so much. Also they sometimes stay attached to your Bluetooth even when you put them back in the charging case and close the top.
Trouble with Sounds Staying Consistent Both Earbud

This product left and right earbuds seems to have syncing issue when there is changes or different sounds output occurring at once like it's having trouble determining which sides of the earbuds the sound should be sent to. So if you listening to fast music or fast motion with different background sounds coming at the same time then you will or maybe disappointed with the purchase. Other than that, sound is sometimes good and bad I guess depending on the sound quality of audio or video source. So therefore, this earbud maybe suitable for watching regular movies or for audio chatting only purpose.

Don't buy

Terrible! It must be a battery saver feature but when the power times out, there's no way to turn them back on unless you remove them from your ears and put them back in their case. Very inconvenient. Defeats the purpose of buying wireless earbuds. And Best Buy would not let me return them unless it's within 14 days.... This is a "battery saver" feature you don't even recognize unless you're wearing them continually 24/7.

Have had them for a year and a half and it has come to the point where, if I want to use these, I have to unpair them as soon as I'm done or they will HIJACK anything and everything. If you have them off and tucked in their case and a call comes in, they turn themselves on. If you're not using Bluetooth at all, they'll turn themselves on at random timess and I have to stop and unpair them. I have replacements ordered of another brand and CAN'T WAIT TO THROW THESE IN THE TRASH!!! And I never write bad reviews. Had to warn you on this one. I have looked it up ... cleaned connections, put a rubber band around the case to make sure it was closing fully and correctly ... Nothing has helped. At all.

The earbuds disconnect from each other

These earbuds have decent sound and work well for my simple needs, but there is a major flaw. The individual earbuds will disconnect from each other and have to be manually reconnected. The procedure is listed in the troubleshooting section of the user guide. I have had to manually resynchronize these earbuds about 8 times in the ten days I have owned them. So, just about every day. If I had not scratched the case so badly, I would be returning them. JLab really needs to fix this serious flaw.
