I don't like how sensitive the buttons are, I barely touch them and it's changing stuff I don't want to change. I do lile that I am able to use the left one, my other pair didn't let me it was either the right or both.

One earbud WILL NOT work. "Troubleshooting" in the directions don't work either as they earbuds don't respond, let alone respond in the fashion they're said to in the instructions.

The left ear bud would suddenly start to heat up after while you can hear a loud bassy noise from it, even when no music was playing. The metal charging prongs would heat up and start to burn my ear skin to a dangerous degree. Now the left ear bud is dead.

Sucks. Got stuck in my ears and sounds like you’re far away when paired to an iPhone no one could hear me.

Price was very cheap and quality was t great either. Had difficulty in connecting with my iPhones at first. It worked later on but sound isn’t great either. Buds don’t fit well in the ear. Would stay away from this cheap quality.

Awful. They stopped working just after the return policy date went by…fortunately I ran into a great and helpful understanding employee that was able to give me a $19.99 store credit to reimburse me for these pieces of junk.

I wanted to like these. Unfortunately, not only does the left earbud die quickly (within 30 minutes), the right earbud doesn't turn on at all. I've tried all the tips and tricks recommended and they just don't work.

Sound is not good. I was bot able to hear conversations. Music was great but not actual talks.

Junk, gave them to my wife as a gift a month after I purchased them now I can’t return them, right out of the box one of the Ear buds won’t connect to the case, if you wiggle at the lights flash on and off but will not work
