where to start...Usually I am pretty impressed with JLab products. Unfortunately, my experience with JLab this time around hasn't been good. These buds don't stay in my ears. I had hoped the free gift Cloud Foam Mnemonic Universal Earbud Tips that I ordered would solve that problem, but they sent me the wrong thing. When I emailed them on a Friday to send me the correct tips he emailed back his apologies for the wrong item and said I would have to return the incorrect item and that he would do that on Monday. So I have to wait 3 more days to return an item that costs less than shipping before they will send the correct item. That will add even more days of not being able to use them. These buds are hard to remove from the case. The instructions pamphlet was poorly written. They don't stay in my ears. They are hard to grip to put in and it is easy to accidentally hit the end which is apparently the trigger to force the track I am listening to back to the beginning. I really liked my JBuds Pro Signature Wireless earbud headphones, but I accidently broke them so I ordered these things. Returning these buds. Ordering a replacement of what I had before.

better for sombody young, if I tilt my head sound changes, if I touch my ear sound changes. I just wanted to listen to my music, Ease of use is poor for me. but for someone more savy they may be great for the price.

great service, arrived quickly, and just what i wanted

I was not overly sure about how these would work when I initially bought them. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. They are a reasonable price and have a good sound quality. My one drawback about them is the controls on the ear buds themselves. Sometimes it seems impossible to get them to react at all; there are other times that they are too sensitive and rather than adjusting volume, the sound balance changes. I have not had any problems with the battery life or sound breaking out over distance. Overall, these are some great wireless earbuds.
