    I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these headphones. Is the sound quality super rich? No but they get the job done and J-Lab has excellent customer service. In my opinion they are a great value.

    Not very good. When I speak I get more huh what you say again? No one can hardly hear me because they can hear all the surroundings.

    Sound quality is fine but the earbuds keep disconnecting from my phone, very annoying. I have reset them as stated in the directions and will see how long it works this time.

    I love other models of JLAB earbuds that i own. Bought these, and returned them 3 times because only one bud worked. I didnt bother to return the last pair because I gave up on getting a pair that worked (and they're very cheap, so the money didn't matter much).

    it was about the quality expected. i switched to the smallest plug and they still just kept falling out my ear. i dont usually have that issue. after the 5th that i didnt expect i was done. B- on the sound. u hear the heavy bass its trying to make.

    I bought this EarPods and I have used for less than a week and one of the earphones does not charge, terrible product, I will take it back to the store for replacement or to get my money back

    bought it as a gift and the sound quality is really good at this price point plus the charging cable is attached to the case so no more looking around for it and its a nice color too really happy overall

    Volume went down after 6 months of use. Could no longer use because it was so hard to hear any music and/or person.

    These are my second pair of JLab earbuds I purchased an alternate set but they just didn’t sound as good as my JLabs or for some reason fully charged didn’t last as long plus the jlabs were $20 cheaper!

    Difficult to get out of case and they are big, especially if you have small ears they dont stay in, will be returning.

    Defective battery from the start

    Picked these up a couple days ago, charged the case until it was full. Then left the buds in the case to charge overnight. Right ear comes out saying battery medium and dies in 45 minutes. Left ear says battery full and lasts for hours. Back into the case to charge overnight again, same result the next morning. I'll be returning these on my day off tomorrow. This was my first experience with Jlab and it will be my last. I've learned my lesson to pay a little extra for a company with quality control. I'm not interested in making multiple trips to the store until I find a pair that works.

    This is the next iteration in the JLAB GO series. This new gen version took last year’s model and improved upon it. First, price point is the wow factor here that I have been impressed with JLAB on time and time again. JLAB is able to offer a superior product at a next to nothing rate. The price is now even cheaper than last year’s model (at the time of testing). The unit now has a smaller storage capsule with a quite pleasing snap closure. The buds themselves are just a bit smaller. They still deliver formidable sound, with good highs and lows. I used the last gen for about a year at the gym. I had no issues during the course of the year. These new ones are showing to be in the same form. I always laugh that it feels like I never charge either, but they seem to always have battery life. For the price I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    They worked great for the first day or two but then they just started producing really muffled noise despite only being a few days old even if I changed the volume settings it wouldn't make a difference

    Decent headphones but i cannot stand the case. It seems that sometimes the earphones don't want to come out

    Works fine if sitting still. When walking, sound drops for 2-15 second blips randomly and regularly.

    The sound quality is good for the price of the earbuds. The earbuds fall out of my ear easily & plastic feels rough inside of my ear.

    not the best headphones ive ever gotten. They lose charge pretty quickly and keep popping out of my ears, i got on black friday so they were super cheap but had i paid full price i would have taken them right back.
