Left earbub is not work but the right earbud is working

Compare to the price for it it's ok
But the quality is not good

Won't connect trash headphones
When they was connecting hanging up calls

Best buy customers makes things worse terrible headphones and company that's trying to make me keep these trashy headphones

Connection issues, falls out of ears constantly

Endless cutting out during use, can't stay connected past 10 feet, falls out of ears constantly. I just bought these a few months ago threw in garbage recently.

Junk. It was dead on arrival. I mainly used for music, and when I needed to make a phone call? turned out its mic was not working.
Contacted JLab and was advised to send it back to them, on my expense. No, thank you. I rather to toss this junk instead.

My left earbud stopped pairing after two months of use. I looked this up on Reddit and found multiple threads full of people with the same issue. Factory reset did not help.

when speaking with the headphones the sound is very muffled. The purpose that I purchased the headphones was to talk on the phone using the headphones while doing other activities so I would not have to hold my phone in my hand.

Terrible. The left and right never synced. Was never able to use the pods. Total duds. Do not recommend. I submitted a ticket for customer service help from the brand and they never responded.

The voice goes up and down without even changing it. I am ashamed for giving it as a gift to my Mom, I asked her how its working and then she showed me the issue. Volume unstable.
