Sound quality is acceptable, they paired immediately with my Samsung phone, and battery is pretty solid. Got these almost a month ago to primarily use for shorter stints at a time and have yet to have to charge them. Drawbacks: sound quality isn't that of higher quality buds, they don't go horribly loud, and if the built in USB dongle got damaged they'd be useless. We'll see what the battery life is overtime.
