Stopped working after 3 months

It is such a shame, as I really liked this product initially. I began the process of filing a warranty claim, but then I found that you have to package the item and pay shipping and handling to return it to JLab before they will consider your claim, which is a big hassle and disappointment.

Overall, for the price you can’t complain.

They do lack noise cancellation and bass, but the value is undeniable for the price. Great set of value earbuds on the go.
