Gets the job done but nothing spectacular. Headphones lose charging power over time. I constantly have a low battery after hours of charging.Connection range is very limited.

Worth every penny. The charge on the buds could be better, but the case allows for multiple recharges so that complaint is virtually mitigated. Good quality buds.

They get two stars because they work. The sound is the worst I've experienced in a set of headphones. My wife has the higher end version of JLab offerings and they are fine, but these sound noticeably worse, terrible even. Spend the extra $10 and get something else.

Never purchasing anything from Best Buy again. Purchased these earbuds and the 2 year protection plan. One of the earbuds was run over and damaged and I was told by the manager Joe at Best Buy on 71st and 169 in Tulsa,OK that even though it's 2 YEAR ACCIDENTAL COVERAGE they will not replace my earbuds without the broken earbud that was crushed TO PIECES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE PROTECTION PLAN IS A RIP OFF BECAUSE THEY ONLY HELP WHO THEY WANT AND THEMSELVES. No longer a customer and my family will also halt consumption from this company.

One earbud WILL NOT work. Followed "Troubleshooting" per the directions in box and online. I am tech support at work so this was not a user error. Neither options worked; Right side worked fine but left earbud would not respond or synch with the right. Tapping 7 times was impossible since the earbud could not keep a sustained connection to the case either. Waisted hours of my life of these...

I bought these to listen to books on tape while I sleep. They were fine to sleep in comfort wise; however, something about the frequency(?) disturbed my sleep. I had return to my wired ones.

Going by online reviews, I got this one for my kid. It's difficult to get the buds out in the space the cap provides and the cap gets closed often. And the sound is a bit low quality (considering the price, it's kinda ok).

I bought this item from Bestbuy on Dec 27, 2021, . It was working good for 2 weeks then it has 2 issues:
1- It didn't turn off when I put them back in the case, never.
2- the right bud charged full then dropped very quickly to 20% (less than 5 minutes) then to 0 after one minute, while the left one can run for 6 to 7 hours!!
I tried several attempts to fix it like factory reset ( 7 tabs) never worked. also tap and hold for 3 seconds to turn it manually, never turned off till battery finished..
Please help
That is really strange. It's difficult to say for sure without inspecting them if the issue is in the charging case or the earbud. Not bad. After some use the silicone hurts my ears and they don't stay in very well. They have 3 different sizes. Sound quality is good.
