Decent when on sale. The pods are not very secure so they may pop out your ear if you are too active.

I have owned other JLab ear buds in the past with good results. Unfortunately these didn't work out for me so I returned them. I was looking for an inexpensive Bluetooth earbud to use to watch TV. These had considerable dropouts which made them annoying to use. To test, I used my Bose Ultras and they worked fine.

Hurt my ears

For me these are the worst headphones i have ever put in my ears. Cause a good bit of pain. For some people these are probably perfect but for me they hurt my ears. I have only found one set of earbuds that dont hurt my ears and They are no longer made and the current replacement model is very expensive compared to the price i paid years ago. I hoped these would work for now but within 10 minutes my ears hurt. I even tried different rubber tips but it didn't help. If basic earbuds work for you these should work for you but they dont for me.

Does not hold power and shuts off automatically after 30 mins. When i out it back in case it will charge and say battery full but would switch off in about 10-15 mins. Sound quality is decent for the price but no good it wont hold power even for a evening walk.

Only one of the headphones work. Followed all the instructions, and still not working.

I liked them when I first got them, but after a while they pop out of the ear and sometimes drop of fall out of the ear, and now I don’t have them anymore so on to the next pair.

Returned the item. The item would not fit in my ears. I have to take out the cushions because they are too big. The package did not come with the small second size. So I could not use them.

Terrible. The left and right never synced. Was never able to use the pods. Total duds. Do not recommend. I submitted a ticket for customer service help from the brand and they never responded.

Not worth the $20

I purchased a pair of these from my local bestbuy because I had recently lost my airpods and needed some wirless earbuds for work. I thought to myself $20 wont hurt to give them a shot, right? Wrong, the first pair I had the right ear bud would not connect and after following the instructions multiple times to try and get them synced nothing. I came to the conclusion that the charging case was defective and not charging when the earbud was put in the case. Okay, ill just exchange them and be on my way. Second pair left earbud didn’t work. It absolutley would not pair the case was charging it this time cause the led would go on but I believe this time the earbud was not holding a charge. This time I just had to bite the bullet and say I lost $20 on them cause they were not even worth the gas money to return them. TLDR: QC on these are garbage and its better off using the $20 to save for a better set of wirless earbuds.

The voice goes up and down without even changing it. I am ashamed for giving it as a gift to my Mom, I asked her how its working and then she showed me the issue. Volume unstable.

Purchased and used 1 time then put in case and in my purse they did not hold the charge. As soon as I take them off the charger they show a red dot instead of blue.

This is my 4th pair of earphones...reason for the one star? Well, I bought the skin color earbuds and of course it wasn't the one I wanted but, I kept it because I was too lazy to return it. Well, the left earbud had either no sound or it would cut off, so I returned it and got my now 4th pair. This one has poor connectivity, my phone cannot be in my pocket and I can't go a few feet from my phone/laptop or else the earbuds won't connect. Such a great earbud but now it's not the same quality as the older ones.
