I have two problems with this product. They continuously fall out of my ears, even after I changed the size and, it will stop picking up sound, even if it's fully charged.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is always our goal to deliver a great experience, and we feel gutted when we don't succeed. We will use the feedback to improve and prevent this from happening again.

Girlfriend purchased these for work, first pair one headphone never worked. She took them back and exchanged them for the same ones. She loves them. They isolate sound. Well. 5 stars if she didnt have to take them back

I bought these as a back up pair. When i paired them to my phone the right earbud does not work. I've tried troubleshooting, but that didn't help at all.

Sound quality is fine but the earbuds keep disconnecting from my phone, very annoying. I have reset them as stated in the directions and will see how long it works this time.

I love other models of JLAB earbuds that i own. Bought these, and returned them 3 times because only one bud worked. I didnt bother to return the last pair because I gave up on getting a pair that worked (and they're very cheap, so the money didn't matter much).
All our Bluetooth products come with a 2-year warranty! Please reach out to [email protected] to resolve this issue.

it was about the quality expected. i switched to the smallest plug and they still just kept falling out my ear. i dont usually have that issue. after the 5th that i didnt expect i was done. B- on the sound. u hear the heavy bass its trying to make.

I bought this EarPods and I have used for less than a week and one of the earphones does not charge, terrible product, I will take it back to the store for replacement or to get my money back
