bought it as a gift and the sound quality is really good at this price point plus the charging cable is attached to the case so no more looking around for it and its a nice color too really happy overall

Black pair and green pair work just fine. This one does not. The left earbud would never charge. My other pairs the battery will last for days, this one would not.

Volume went down after 6 months of use. Could no longer use because it was so hard to hear any music and/or person.

These are my second pair of JLab earbuds I purchased an alternate set but they just didn’t sound as good as my JLabs or for some reason fully charged didn’t last as long plus the jlabs were $20 cheaper!

Difficult to get out of case and they are big, especially if you have small ears they dont stay in, will be returning.

This is the next iteration in the JLAB GO series. This new gen version took last year’s model and improved upon it. First, price point is the wow factor here that I have been impressed with JLAB on time and time again. JLAB is able to offer a superior product at a next to nothing rate. The price is now even cheaper than last year’s model (at the time of testing). The unit now has a smaller storage capsule with a quite pleasing snap closure. The buds themselves are just a bit smaller. They still deliver formidable sound, with good highs and lows. I used the last gen for about a year at the gym. I had no issues during the course of the year. These new ones are showing to be in the same form. I always laugh that it feels like I never charge either, but they seem to always have battery life.
For the price I would definitely recommend to anyone.

They worked great for the first day or two but then they just started producing really muffled noise despite only being a few days old even if I changed the volume settings it wouldn't make a difference

Very disappointed! Only worked a few hours at first then only left or right channel. Now does not connect. I would never recommend the JLab-GO Air POP Wireless Headphones.

Works fine if sitting still. When walking, sound drops for 2-15 second blips randomly and regularly.

not the best headphones ive ever gotten. They lose charge pretty quickly and keep popping out of my ears, i got on black friday so they were super cheap but had i paid full price i would have taken them right back.

Disappointed, it doesn't hardly hold a charge or last very long. I need to retuen/exchange them. I have a pink set that lasts a couple of weeks on one charge and I can use them all day and half the night. I wanted a backup just incase something happened. Unfortunately, the new set doesn't work well
