Setup/Charging
The case is nice and small and the earbuds sit in fine. JLab has the charging cord as part of the case. That is a plus and minus. Plus you always have a charging cable ready to go to top off the case. Downside is cable is part of the case.so if it get damaged won't be an easy fix. So take care of the cable.
Fit
The fit in the ear are some of the most comfortable I've had. Most ear bugs I can only keep in for about 30-40 minutes in my left ear. These I could keep and not feel like my ear was hurting. So that was a wonderful win
Sound:
Sound is good. Bluetooth works fine and I had no issue. They sounded good and block out enough noise that while I miss ANC it didn't stop me from using them and listening to my music/audio books without issue.
Overall these are a great pair of ear buds that are comfortable to wear sound great and come in a small and easy to carry package.

purchased in Febuary, lost sound in left earpiece March 13th, tried reseting, still intermit sound comes and goes in left earpiece, unable to return. taking a risk buying these..

Defective earbuds

I took 3 of these as gifts and one of them was defective (one earbud not working at all) Now I am out of return window and stuck with this. low quality not worth the money.

Immediately tried to connect these with my device, and it didn’t work. Well one didn’t work at all and the other sounded as if it was under water.

After a month, the right headphone stopped working. I tried every troubleshooting option, watching videos on YouTube, etc. but could not get it to work/pair.
