Great product, easy to use and stays connected. Also comfortable in the ear, but because I have hearing issues they do not play loud enough even on full volume for me to fully hear. For that I give 3 stars out of 5. Never had that issue before. I will use them to listen to music while working, and not for watching videos or movies. Live and learn, I will go back to Sony or Bose earbuds that are better for people who are hard at hearing.

Good sound quality. Fits well. Good battery life. Not sure if it has built in microphone, advertised as but doesn't seem like it. Also best buy customer service agent didn't know and stated "ma'am I don't use jlab products." So it is what it is.

Battery life is good. Sound is good.
Taking them out of the holder is VERY difficult. There is a notch that is too small for your finger to get it released from the magnets. I use a pen to pop them out.
Price was right, though.

Sound is great, battery lasts for ages BUT for some reason only one earbud will connect and play sound at a time. Not the end of the world as the other cancels outside sound anyway but worth noting!!

Best economical wireless Ear buds I have owned. Yes, they are not the Apple pro, but for the money, these are great. Sound quality is really good, they stay securely in my ears, even when jogging. Very happy with them.

I'm impressed at what you get these days for the money. The Jlab GOs are a really good value. 32 hours of use while using the included battery charger case is nothing to shrug at. While my real world use does not reflect the full 32 hour claim, I was able to get a very good 25 hours out of one fully charged battery case and buds. The sound is a little tinny and the bass could use a little more boost IMO but one has to consider the cost as well. The build quality is better than I expected and the ease of bluetooth pairing are a plus in my book. Give these a try and for the money you will not be disappointed at all.

They are good headphones with battery's that last a long time with good sound. But the right earbud had something wrong out of the box, But when they were replaced they work great.

I bought 2! Cause i liked the first purchase. And this time they have a case that actually keeps the earbuds from missing due to its 1st gen. Second the 1st gen have connectivity issues and this one doesnt. The sound quality have improved alot but the bass still lack bass. Overall i am impressed by these earbuds and i would definitely buy it again if i lose the other two i just purchase. Thats the con. I always miss placed my earbuds at the gym smh. But if the price goes back to 20$ it is still worth buting. It is close as good as the samsung or apple. Battery life is superb as well. You have no idea how much savings you can do buying an expensive one vs buying atlease 5 pairs of these earbuds.

I got these on sale as a stocking stuffer that quickly became a fan favorite. Small casing and a really pretty color. I havent had to charge them yet, so hoping they hold up to the battery life

Easy to use, easy to pair... solid basic wireless headphones.
From performance, these do have a good sound to them. I use them mostly with my workouts, so don't really consider them for Audio hard core usage... like a sound studio. But they do get loud enough to over come the equipment I am using.
Easy to pair to the phone, just standard bluetooth.
Simple to recharge, just put them back in the case, and the case gives you sever recharges before recharging the case.
I do find them a little on the bulk side, so smaller people may not like the size. and the recharging case is a little big, but that gives you more recharging in it.
So a good solid set of headphones at a good price
