    Bought several earpieces for my family but the red ones were damaged and not operating properly. Will attempt to change defective for new pair. Will update rating depending on how the process goes.

    I've enjoyed using these. It has good volume but the reason i rated as a three point is that they poop out of the ear too frequently. I've dropped the ear piece severally due to them fally off my ear. Luckily they haven't gone missing yet.
