They were okay, noticing to write home about. For the price, that work.

I purchased these earbuds November 2024 they worked fine until this week, the first week of May 2025, 6 months in and I can’t get both earbuds to pair at the same time. I have tried every Troubleshoot step advised and they still aren’t pairing at the same time.

This is not about the product, but the service… I made a purchase with my BestBuy Citi credit card on a 24-month installment plan. However, the full balance appeared on my next statement and was paid next month. Multiple Customer Service representatives at Citicards said I should calculate the 1/24 piece of the amount myself and instruct the system to pay only that, along with my other expenses on the card, or I should change my monthly payment instructions to “minimum balance.” Both options were meaningless; all banking operations are fully automated globally today, and I shouldn’t need to interfere with calculating monthly installments on my credit card, or all consumers must be spending time each month to calculate theirs, no matter how many purchases they make on similar plans. And I can’t change my autopay instructions for the “minimum due amount,” taking the risk of interest expense on my total spending, even if the particular purchase from BestBuy was on promotional grounds. Worst of all, neither BestBuy nor Citibank takes responsibility, and you cannot reach a decent authority with capacity to overview and understand the situation.

Overall good bluetooth headphones for the price but fall short in a lot of areas

I prefer the previous JBUs i had and the magnet popped off.

These headphones were not loud enough for me. They were to big to stay in my ears and not very comfortable. I also didn’t like how when I was receiving and call the headphones should disconnect from my phone.

These were a lot better and more durable than I expected for the price but I am use to my beats so it’s not fair to compare

They do not always connect sometimes you have to delete them and reconnect them to your Bluetooth

The sound is not very clear...I could not increase the volume!!! I bought 2 but I returned 1 after a week of trying.

Weak battery life. Great for podcast listening with a surprisingly large maximum wireless range.

Perhaps some kid will enjoy them. We found it confusing to hook these up and therefore they will not be used.

Not great for speakin, I keep getting complaints on zoom. Easy for listening.

The JLab - GO Air POP True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are working good but sometimes it loses Bluetooth connexion.

Decent product for the price. Best earbuds at this price. The sound quality is okay, don't expect great call quality.

Ear piece fits properly, performance good but volume doesn't adjust when listening to Teams video.

These are okay, not what I would call high fidelity. But for the price they work fine.

Just okay. I use for listening to music on my I Phone while I do a daily 2 mile walk. I found that these would tend to blip out if I turn my head. Also the ear bud is rather large and they tended to fall out of my ear with a strong wind or if I take a hop step over a curb or something similar. I exchanged them for a similar item by JVC that I am liking a whole lot more.

Only sorta work on left side only. Sometimes must tap multiple times to get to answer.

It's good but after some time it hurt in my ear. I cannot use it for a long time and notice that it comes out.
