The voice goes up and down without even changing it. I am ashamed for giving it as a gift to my Mom, I asked her how its working and then she showed me the issue. Volume unstable.

Terrible. The left and right never synced. Was never able to use the pods. Total duds. Do not recommend. I submitted a ticket for customer service help from the brand and they never responded.

Not good. I knew for the price they wouldn’t probably be amazing. But they have a tin sound too then, like your listening through a tin can. Plus the app they have you download is no help at all. Won’t even work.

They worked great, until yesterday. Now one is broken and the one that does work doesn't connect to my Bluetooth, forgot to mention the broken one works for a little bit but you have to smack your ear repeatedly just for the music to fade away to nothing a few minutes later.

I picked this up during a random sale and was shocked how bad they work - dropped connections like crazy. Maybe it's just my phone, but I couldn't even get through a single song without them going in and out. Grabbed some AirPods and it was night and day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Battery stopped charging back up after a week. Luckily BB took them back.
Also has a non-standard charge method. The standard Mini-C or Micro-usb in replaced by a 6" long tethered cord that plugs into your wall-wart charger or 12v plug.

This is truly a case of you get what you pay for. The sound quality is very poor. There are basically no features, just a waste of money. It is this cheap for a reason

I don't like how sensitive the buttons are, I barely touch them and it's changing stuff I don't want to change. I do lile that I am able to use the left one, my other pair didn't let me it was either the right or both.

One earbud WILL NOT work. "Troubleshooting" in the directions don't work either as they earbuds don't respond, let alone respond in the fashion they're said to in the instructions.

The left ear bud would suddenly start to heat up after while you can hear a loud bassy noise from it, even when no music was playing. The metal charging prongs would heat up and start to burn my ear skin to a dangerous degree. Now the left ear bud is dead.

Price was very cheap and quality was t great either. Had difficulty in connecting with my iPhones at first. It worked later on but sound isn’t great either. Buds don’t fit well in the ear. Would stay away from this cheap quality.

Awful. They stopped working just after the return policy date went by…fortunately I ran into a great and helpful understanding employee that was able to give me a $19.99 store credit to reimburse me for these pieces of junk.
