    total garbage and waste of money. the volume up and down button dont work when you tap it up or down even whe you receive an incoming call and tap it idont do anything. Sound is horrible

    Sound is not good. I was bot able to hear conversations. Music was great but not actual talks.

    Only one earbud worked. When I set this up for a friend as a gift, only one of the buds worked, and it did not work well.

    Junk, gave them to my wife as a gift a month after I purchased them now I can’t return them, right out of the box one of the Ear buds won’t connect to the case, if you wiggle at the lights flash on and off but will not work

    Terrible product. Cannot lower volume via tap or via bluetooth media being used. Way too loud.

    is been a week the right cant hear anymore. I try to return it bestbuy said i cant cause is final sale. but i didnt buy on final sale. now they return to me said i cant return it.

    There is no noise reduction. They are good for listening to music but you cannot use the to talk. It picks up all background noise. I will be returning these.

    I thought that it was an issue connecting with my Apple products but I tried connecting them to my work computer and nothing. Only one light turns on (L side) and I can’t return or exchange them.

    Bought these 4 hours ago. Right one doesn’t work at all. No lights, no sound. Left one sounds like garbage. Will be returning tomorrow.

    These were bought for my mother who is over 70 yrs old to use in her flight back to the states. No first hand experience besides pairing them for her; which was straight forward

    Truly loved the look of these but the right one died soon after I received them...less than 2 months. I am still not sure what to do as Best Buy only covers them for 30 days.

    I wasn't happy with these. I could hear the music and answer my phone. The purpose was to use them to hear on the phone; therefore, I would not recommend these.

    Really uncomfortable. Even with the smallest ear piece it feels like I have to jam these in. They give me an instant headache and I can’t focus on the sound.

    I bought these as a back up pair. When i paired them to my phone the right earbud does not work. I've tried troubleshooting, but that didn't help at all.
