These are good enough for a quick replacement set while you are shopping for a really good pair of earbuds

Sounds decent, but while walking left side fades out. Sometimes the right and left sides are out of sync. Maybe I got a defective one.

You get what you pay for. The sound escapes your ear and people listen to everything you are listening too.

Quality of sound is not the best. It doesn't cancel the noise and people have a hard time to hear you.

Does not stay in my ears well. When I turn, yawn, cough any bigger movement the ear piece falls out. Worried I’m going to lose it one day.

Feels very cheap. The charger's connection is a usb-c male. Its not long enough to plug into anything so you'll need to buy an extension cable as well. I don't know why they didnt make it usb-c female. Waste of time.

Don’t stay in ears-keep falling out. When you put them back in it’s hard to do without touching the areas that restart/skip your location. Sound is good

Bought these for my son after he lost his AirPods that I refuse to replace. He disliked the sound quality so much he decided to just live without headphones, and have them to his sister. . I thought he was overreacting until I tried them myself. They didn’t sound good but I thought they were at least bearable. I bought a second pair for myself in an emergency forgetting how bad they sounded. Not recommended.

The first pair of these I bought had some kind of defect that prevented one of the buds from working. I exchanged for another pair and they seemed to work okay except for podcasts where they skip and stutter a lot. I tried a lot of things, like different podcast apps, downloading the whole podcast first, trying to mess around with Bluetooth codecs by enabling Android developer mode, turning off some background apps and it simply didn't work while walking with the phone (Moto G7+ running Android 10) in my pocket. It seemed to work okay with music stored on the phone and with phone calls. Still, they are finicky about connecting, and sometimes the pods don't pair together, so only one will make sound. The fit is good as is the sound, but depending on how the buds are situated in your ear, it is hard to get to the touchpad for controls and there is no feedback on whether you actually touched it. So it often wasn't doing what I expected when I tried to pause or change volume. An audible click or some kind of sounds indicating what was happening would be helpful. After a few days of struggles and troubleshooting, I went back and got Skullcandy Dime pods because they had worked fine until I lost them on a trip.

This bad review starts with the case. While easy to flip open, it immediately wants to snap shut like a live clam. Pulling the ear buds out of their sockets is extremely hard as well. They are held in magnetically, which sounds good until you try to wrestle them out of the case. I don't understand why it's so hard but after a dozen times of dealing with it, I'm ready to throw them in the trash.
The sound is decent but the tapping volume control is not intuitive so you'll forget quickly how to do it. The fit is OK and they do stay in my ears pretty well.
Connectivity is hit and miss. The Bluetooth connection can only be made when taking them out of the case. If they don't re-connect with your device on the first try, then you have to put back in the case, wrestle with them to get them out, and then re-establish the connection with the device. Sometimes that means forgetting the head phones and starting over.
The built in charging cable is kind of smart but also a little awkward.

I was very pleased with the sound quality, comfort, and cost, but after just three months of light use, the charging case no longer works! It is such a shame, as I really liked this product initially. I began the process of filing a warranty claim, but then I found that you have to package the item and pay shipping and handling to return it to JLab before they will consider your claim, which is a big hassle and disappointment.
