Weren't working

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes a very long time to charge and a long time stuggle but they finally managed to get to 80% however only using it for 1 second the battery seems to already be at 70% i rarely got to use them as i had issues trying to charge them and they finally want to work. I can't seem to connect the second earbud and the audio sounds distant.
