For 20 dollars, its a decent pair of headphones, with some issues. The audio isn't going to blow away anything over 50 dollars. They do not drive heavy bass or get super loud. Think of them as a wireless version of JVC Gummies. With its built-in charger, and a case that reliable on recharging the pair of headphones, and do not take up much space with the case, I still really like them. I also like the case better than with the more expensive JLab Airs(they do not have a snap top, like these do)
I like them as a secondary backup pair for like the gym bag, or whenever you forget to charge your good pair. I have zero pairing issues with any device I threw it at (window laptop, iPad, iPhone, and a cheap android phone), and had zero battery charging issues.

This is my second pair of these because I thought I lost the first. Now I have two and they are awesome!
These are the first wireless earbuds that I can comfortably wear in my ears without fear of them falling out. The sound quality is great (I don't like total sound cancelling since I usually wear them while commuting) and the batteries go for ages! Microphone quality is usually good; occasionally messy in public/outdoor spaces but usually pretty solid.
I am taking a star off because I still struggle to get the tap controls to function as desired, but overall I love these earbuds a lot!

I love these ear buds! The sound is great! It feels like your own private surround sound theatre. These are inexpensive but they get the job done. No need to spend hundreds on a pair.

Hard to beat for the price. As it is too much work to switch paring on my airpods to use with my tablet, I wanted an inexpensive pair of earbuds. They are now my walking around earbuds. Great battery life. The sound is good. Microphone not as good as my airpods, but usable. I find the controls limited and I would suggest you just plan on using your phone to control volume and pause. They stay in your ear better than airpods and if you are in a situation where you worry you might lose one, this would be an easier loss to accept. I highly recommend them if you want a value pair of earbuds.

The sound quality is good. I like the color and the price! I just have an issue with them not staying in my ear sometimes when exercising. I prefer the ones that hang on your ear. Overall, good buy!

These are great budget Bluetooth earbuds. I've had Jlab products before so I trust the brand and I was pleasantly surprised by the sound on these. When I'm on calls, people say they hear me clearly except for maybe a little wind noise but for the price they do the job.
I see others don't like the built in USB cable on the case but I love it because USB outlets are everywhere and I don't have to worry about forgetting another cable.
I would purchase these airpops again.

Originally purchased for my kids as they needed headphones for their school computers. They worked great - until they didn't. Wouldn't charge properly - and often only one ear bud had sound. Tried to figure out how to "re-pair" them but was never able to. For $20 though they are great. Kids say they fit well in their ears. And connectivity aside - again for the $20 - if the kids lose them I'm not losing sleep.

Discounted price was $14 plus my $5 Best Buy Certificate, right there is a great deal. Now when tested and compared to the expensive WF-1000XM4 the difference was surprising: These JLabs have a competitive great sound, with 3 equalizer modes JLab signature, bass boost and balanced my collection of songs sounded pretty good. The bass boost was the most rich sound from the 3, the set is very responsive to the touch, and the size fit pretty well with medium eartips, the charging case along with their earbuds are 15% smaller compared to previous versions. If you are asking yourself how good these earbuds are, the answer is go and get them, they will meet your expectations and don't need to buy expensive earbuds.

I bought these earbuds on a pretty tight budget and wasn't expecting much, but I've been using them for 7 months now and I love them! Although you really do get what you pay for. After a couple of months they were a bit glitchy (I did happen to drop one in water. oops) and the case sometimes doesn't charge properly?
Regardless, I use these just about every day and the battery life is probably the best part. The color is also nice. Sound quality is average, but they're really easy to use. If you're looking for a simple pair of wireless earbuds and don't want to spend too much, I'd definitely recommend that you purchase these.
