    one earpiece stopped working after two months. best buy only has a 2 week return window. sucks for me

    Very disappointed, got the product and had to promptly return to because only one ear would connect

    Not up to my standards for use. They are so heavy they fall out so much. And connectivity is not good.

    Straight out of the box, one of the earbuds was damaged. Would not sync and would not charge.

    Don't buy these! One week with the pair and the left side stopped working. It will not charge.
