The sound quality is fantastic and they hold up to even the most severe abuse. My husband left his in his pocket - the case and earbuds were washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer. They played just as well as they did they still worked like new!

The tones have a longer battery life than the regular earbuds- but same great audio quality, easy pairing, easy user controls, and charge easily in their case. I was so happy to see the tones earbuds from JLab because it's so much more inclusive than other brands and I think that's really impressive and important. I am a white woman but finding a shade that works for my skin tone is really hard because I have a pink tint to my skin. I also love the fact that I can get away with wearing them at work ;D All in all, a really solid purchase. I have three pairs of them (one for home, one in the car, and one at work) because I love them so much! Also, JLab customer service is absolutely wonderful and they ACTUALLY stand by their products should an issue arise.

When used for anything other than listening to music ie: calls, talk to text and voice notes all sound extremely muffled to the point where the person on the other end always asks me to repeat what I’ve said or telling me to repeat it without using the earbuds.
