So far so good. They hold a charge for a long time and they're very small which allows me to fit in my handbag back pocket. I've never used these types of earbuds as I normally use the LG headphones over my neck but sadly it only lasted 6 months, so this is definitely new to me because I have to make sure it's secured in my ears. The pairing process was quite easy and fast which was goof. The downside of this product is that the charging case isn't fully covered and the charging cable attached to the earbuds is very very very short. I also wish there was the cuff looking part on the inside of earbuds to secure it more in the ear. But, for $20 it isn't bad. Next time around I might buy Bose of Samsung earbuds.

Great sound for value, but not built to last, 2nd pair in different years and same problem where charger box no longer will charge and found it odd you can't buy the charger case for it on official website so just bought a whole new pair $24.99 and charged old ones and new pair then eventually same case no longer charged and you cannot charger buds individually do to special charge contacts. Only real con is mics pick up everything so callers hear music playing in stores as well as other people when talking.

I was really excited to get these since I kept seeing a lot of good reviews and adds on social media. I knew that at this price range I could not expect perfection but I was fine with that. The quality is not too bad, well built and put together. Love the Navy blue matte color. It does take a little getting used to putting them on right so that they don't feel like you have your ears plugged, once they're on correctly they stay in pretty well. Sound quality is pretty good loud enough and base sounds are okay. My ONLY complaint is that when you're listening to them they keep on cutting out even when phone they're connected to is literally right next to them. I can't seem to figure out why they do that. I have tried putting them back in the charging case turning bluetooth off then back on and taking them out and they work fine for a little and then back to losing audio so it's driving me crazy. Will contact JLAB if they can't tell me what is wrong or how to fix I will be returning. Will update later!

Bought these for my son for his bday, and he loves them! I tried them out, and they are a little bulkier than airpods, but they sound great. They aren’t uncomfortable, just a little bulkier. Worth the $30-40 price tag.

Easy to setup and good quality sound for the value! Delivery was timely, packaging intact, product without defects. I love that either earbud pairs with my phone as I usually only use one at a time. Battery life is good.

Great quality headphones for an amazing price. The three settings give the listener just enough variety where whatever you’re listening to sounds great. The bass boost was quite a pleasant surprise.

I was hesitant to buy this type of headphones because I was worried how well they would stay in my ears. I had no trouble at all using them on my runs. They had a snug fit, which I like, because it doesn’t feel like they are going to fall out every few minutes like my previous wireless headphones. I didn’t have to worry about adjusting them throughout my workout. They hold a charge for a long time, I can get several workouts in before having to recharge them. The only thing I would prefer is a case that has a flip cover. These have a case in which the ear buds magnetically adhere into the case, no lid. The magnet is strong and the buds don’t easily fall out, but I’d be more reassured to put them in my purse or gym bag if they had a cover/lid.

Only issue was getting into bluetooth pair mode. Not as straight forward for some reason as instruction state. Once paired all good. Did not buy for hi fidelity music listening, but rather simple wireless headphone for my cell phone. Charges quickly Great value for price They will not compare to a Bose or equivalent but they do the job

I have no complaints they work perfectly. Once you connect them to a device it will auto connect. I hesitated to buy. I was looking for a GOOD low cost wireless pods to connect my Samsung, just for listening to music and be able to take calls. Sound is good enough for me. Getting used to the tap functions take a little time.

Still working. The touch controls are ok, not always easy to use. Worst part is if you carry them in the charging case in your pocket, they lose their connection and discharge for seemingly no reason. But if you leave them in the case on the table, it all works fine.

These earbuds last me quite a while, lots of volume, easy to pair. I've had the for almost a year now. I've accidentally dropped them in water and they've been working well. Might be waterproof? I have 4 pairs of them, recently i found an earbud in the washing machine and survived the cycle. Worth the 30$.

So far so good. I also purchased the faux iPod Pros off Facebook at twice the cost of these and the fake iPod Pros are trash compared to these. They easily connected to the Bluetooth of my Lenovo laptop and the sound quality is great and I people can hear me when I speak to them over Skype or Zoom.

Bought these for my teenager. She has them in her ears all the time unless she's charging them. So they must work well. She says they last a long time between charging and they sound great to her.
