Excellent sound quality earbuds with really surprising clarity and performance, but after a few months of average use, the right earbuds stopped working, thought it was a one in a time incident but then my wife's earbuds failed the same way and same right side. Luckily for us Jlabs replaced the two sets and honored the 2 years warranty by sending another set in no time. For the price we can't complain.

Jlab go air are light on weight & sound great while still cancelling outside noise. I tend to forget I even have them on sometimes.

I was really excited to get these since I kept seeing a lot of good reviews and adds on social media. I knew that at this price range I could not expect perfection but I was fine with that. The quality is not too bad, well built and put together. Love the Navy blue matte color. It does take a little getting used to putting them on right so that they don't feel like you have your ears plugged, once they're on correctly they stay in pretty well. Sound quality is pretty good loud enough and base sounds are okay. My ONLY complaint is that when you're listening to them they keep on cutting out even when phone they're connected to is literally right next to them. I can't seem to figure out why they do that. I have tried putting them back in the charging case turning bluetooth off then back on and taking them out and they work fine for a little and then back to losing audio so it's driving me crazy. Will contact JLAB if they can't tell me what is wrong or how to fix I will be returning. Will update later!

Let's start with pros: 1. Value offered by price point. 2. One of best battery life according to specs. Cons: 1. Hard to remove the headphones from the charger due to shape of pieces, material and magnetic force holds them in charger. 2. Noticed occasional interruption in audio when walking on the street.

Good sound and bass, more volume would be nice. Good value

These buds are great value for the buck. Are they $100-$200 buds… no. But they can’t be beat at this price. Second pair .. I keep a pair in gym bag and one for around the house. The only knock is that they need adjusting in ear after 15-20 mins of wearing, but that could be ear shape. They do come with multiple gels.

I love the clarity of the product and the snug fit to my ear!
